Get ready to run out to your garden because I have a delicious recipe for you! Fresh ingredients collide with a fun cucumber twist. Actually, more than a twist of cucumber…they’re the star of the show in this recipe.
Cucumbers give the salsa a nice crunch and fresh flavor. Honestly? I could have just eaten this by the spoonful but decided to share it as an appetizer with my family. They were grateful! I could have added some bell peppers or even mango as well but decided to just keep it simple.
Ingredients

2 Cucumbers

1 Small Onion

2 Green Onions

3 Tomatoes (I chopped up some grape tomatoes too)

1 Jalapeños (remove seeds)

Fresh Cilantro

Splash of Franks Hot Sauce

Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Dice and chop all ingredients. Add in the splash of Frank’s Hot Sauce and salt and pepper to taste! Enjoy! (With chips OR a spoon! 🤪).
