This week, I thought it’d be fun to see how fast I could make breakfast. It’s school time and all kinds of activities around here and we need quick! I took the ingredients below and turned them into this delicious sandwich in under 2 minutes!!!
Here’s what you’ll need:

1 egg

1 English muffin
-
1 piece of cheese (your choice!)

1-2 precooked sausage patties (you could sub Canadian bacon or ham)

Salt and pepper

Microwave safe mug and plate
How did I do this so fast you may ask? Well, let me tell you! I microwaved my sausage patties for 45 seconds. Then, I microwaved my egg!!! What? Did you hear that? You can cook an egg in the microwave in about 45 seconds! This depends on the strength of your microwave of course. Toast your muffin and stack it however you like. Enjoy! Seriously, a healthy breakfast in 2 minutes? Sign me up!
And for the record? It was delicious! This may quickly become a new family favorite! We all love these; however, we don’t always have the time to fry eggs and sausage.
