Quick and Easy Christmas Deviled Egg Wreaths

Hurry! You’ve been invited to a friend’s house for a get together and you’re not sure what to bring? Well, maybe not in 2020 but you know what I mean? Anyways, I’ll help you out! I’m not going to go into a long story on how I came about all of this. It’s really not that spectacular. And, if you’re in a rush like I was, the last thing you want to do is to scroll through a long story before you get to the actual recipe! Haha, am I right?

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large eggs

  • 3 tbs. mayo

  • 2 tsp. yellow mustard

  • 1 small red pepper

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 3 drops green food coloring

OPTIONAL

  • Color your yolk with avocado. For this, you’d need 1 small avocado and mash it in with your yolks.

  • Spruce it up with greens or even a little paprika for a more classic look.

INSTRUCTIONS

I like to boil my eggs in the air fryer! It’s so quick! 265 degrees for about 17 minutes and you’re done! If that’s not your jam, then you can boil them however you’d like. Peel eggs. Cut boiled eggs lengthwise in half. I simply pop the yolks out, but if your eggs are a bit soft you’ll want to carefully scoop them out. Mash your yolks (optional avocado). Add in the mayo, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Slowly add your green food coloring to get our desired color. Dice up small pieces of your red pepper and place at the top of your “wreath”. Bam! You’re done! Carefully cover them and get out the door!

From our flock to yours… Merry Christmas!!!
