Summer is in full swing! I’m not known for my meat/food smoking abilities but thank goodness I have friends that are! Whew! So, today I’ll share a recipe from my friend, Samantha. She agreed to help me with this so I can pass along this recipe to you! Thanks Sam!!
How to Smoke Eggs for a BBQ

Smoked Egg Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 Dozen Eggs

  • Foil Pan

  • Pam Spray

  • Wood chips for flavoring

 

Instructions: Hard boil the eggs. Peel the eggs. Spray pan and place peeled eggs in pan. Place on smoker set to approximately 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Carefully remove the pan with the eggs off the smoker and allow to cool. Enjoy!
