How to Make Deviled Egg Pumpkins
Need a quick deviled egg recipe for your fall gatherings? Don’t worry, I didn’t actually put pumpkin in these cute little snacks. But, making them in about 10 minutes wasn’t hard! I happened to have some hardboiled eggs on hand, so it makes it really quick! If you want my foolproof way to boil eggs, I’ve moved to an air fryer! 265 degrees for 17 minutes and you’re good to go!
Deviled Egg Pumpkins
Ingredients:
  • 6 hardboiled eggs

  • ¼ cup mayo

  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Dash of garlic powder

  • Paprika

  • Fresh chives

Directions:

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Pop out the yolks and place in a bowl. Add mayo, mustard, salt and pepper, garlic powder and paprika to make them the orange color. Mix well. Pipe mixture into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika to make them even more orange. Chop little stems with the chives and place on top. Enjoy!!

I like bringing a healthy option to the parties where we need to bring a dish to pass. Then, I always know that at least one thing on my plate will be good for me! Haha!

We’re getting into that time of year where there are so many wonderful and delicious food choices. Time spent with friends and family around the table is the best time!

Until next time,
