Annie’s Favorite Christmas Cookie Recipe
It’s the week of Christmas and if you’re like me, there’s a present to be wrapped, a gift to be bought or a cookie to be made! I’m feeling the Christmas squeeze this week, with a predicted winter storm on top of it. So, I whipped up some of our family’s favorite cookies today!

Annie’s Favorite Christmas Cookie Recipe

I remember making these cookies with my mom when I was a little girl. I’ve carried on the tradition with our kids. They are easy, no-bake, makes a lot, and a little messy… so perfect!

They include only 4 ingredients, so you’ll likely have most of it on hand if you’re a baker. You can cut the recipe in half, but trust me, you will want to just go for the whole thing! They are SO good!

Annie’s Favorite Christmas Cookies

  • 4 ½ C. crushed graham crackers

  • 1 bag mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 bag of sweetened coconut flakes

Directions: Mix ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Roll into 1-inch balls with buttered hands and roll in the coconut. Enjoy! Yields 50 cookies.

These little cookies pack a punch! They are so delicious and great for cookie swaps. It’s funny how tastes and smells can bring us back to a special time in our childhood. This is exactly what these cookies do for me!

Merry Christmas from my flock and family to yours!
